Instructional Method and Content

• Every course is taught using the guided discovery learning model which requires extensive student interaction to optimise retention.
• Course content is highly relevant to the target attendee's role in the industry and the exercises used in all courses are related to the repair industry to reinforce learning.
• Facilitators are either industry experts or DuPont Performance Consultants (who are Six Sigma certified). They deliver a consistently high-quality educational experience.
• Course pre-work or post-course project work is often required and for DuPont management certification, a set of criteria tied to implementation is required.

Implementation Focus

• All course attendees receive an interactive USB flash drive containing tools that they can quickly and easily customise for use in their bodyshop to implement what they have just learned.
• We use email reminders to encourage those who attended a course to implement the action plan items they developed to apply the processes learned during the course.
• The local DuPont representative and DuPont Performance Consultants are available to provide assistance for successful implementation.
