Oil and Water Repellant for Masonry
•DuPont TMHZ 2004 is an oil and waterrepellent for masonry. It is a one component system which provides a durable, transparent, protective layer for concrete and other porous masonry.
•DuPont TMHZ 2004 is an ideal coating for low traffic areas, it is a non permanent coating with a Teflon® additive. It will not change the surface texture for porous substrates and is complete with an easy removal and cleaning system.
•HZ 2004 provides a hydrophobic & olaphobic protection that repels water and oil allowing the protected surface to be self cleaning of loose contaminants that sit on the surface during heavy rains while also giving the surface a protection to water and oil based paints that are often used in graffiti attacks allowing tags to be removed using environmentally friendly DuPont liquid or Gel remover.
How the Product Works?
•Teflon® is one of the most "stain resistant" chemicals in the world
•Unlike silicone based products resists both oil and water based stains.
•HZ 2004 consists of a Teflon® part, the other part binds to the wall and forms a protective sub-layer. This means the surface does not change appearance.
•HZ 2004 can also be used on paving, driveways etc as it will not change the texture of the surface.
