DuPont's unique hydro-entangling process uses thousands of high-pressure, needle-like kets of water to entangle the fibres into a Sontara fabric that's strong and low-linting.

And reducing sources of lint or loose fibres can minimise the potential for paint defects. With Sontara SPS, you get great performance from start to finish!

Primary Tack Cloth - used at the sanding and primer stages to trap dirt and sanding residue

• "Tackifier" picks up and traps high levels of dirt and sanding residue
• Cheese cloth based tack cloth for effective entrapment of contaminants
• Varnish content % suiting local climatic conditions

Degreasing Cloth

• Virtually lint-free
• Super-absorbent
• Offers excellent strength, wet or dry
• No added biders or glue that can dissolve on the surface to contaminate your work

Polish Cloth

• Extra-soft -- safe for your finish
• Traps polish for a brilliant shine
• No streak-producing additives
• Excellent for detailing chrome and interiors

Pre-Saturated Static Control Wipes - engineered to reduce static charge on plastic parts

Best used as a final wipe to reduce static charge before applying paint or primer, DuPont Sontara Pre-Saturated Static Control Wipes drastically reduce static generation when painting plastic parts.

Airborne dirt that could be re-deposited on the plastic part after wiping is significantly reduced, thus lowering the risk of paint defects.

Pre-saturated with isopropyl alcohol and de-ionised water (IPA/DIW) in a 70/30 ration, PS-3975 wipes suit most temperature and humidity conditions experienced in a bodyshop environment.
