Spies Hecker Basecoat & Clearcoat Application (1 day)

This course will enable the refinisher to better understand the Spies Hecker Basecoat & Clearcoat range. It will demonstrate how choosing the correct hardener and thinner combination, in relation to the size and type of job, will achieve optimum results.

 

Spies Hecker New Technology (1 day)

This Spies Hecker course has been specifically designed as an introduction to new efficient use and innovative paint technology from Spies Hecker. New demands such as faster application, protection of theenvironment, new colour effects and material savings are the drivingfactors for the development of new paint technologies. Introduction toWaterborne technology as the refinish paint of the future. The emphasis is on productivity gains and paint material savings therefore enablingthe paintshop to be more profitable.

 

Spies Hecker Skills 1 (2 days)

Skills 1 has been designed for the vehicle refinisher who has recently started using Spies Hecker. Skills 1 is an introductory course which covers existing and new products and procedures. The emphasis is on product strategy and application of the product range. On course completion, the vehicle refinisher will have gained new skills and confidence with the Spies Hecker product range. This will enable the painter to become more of an asset to the paintshop.

 

Spies Hecker Skills 2 (2 days)

Skills 2 is the second part of the Spies Hecker Training Programs.On course completion, the painter will have obtained all the necessary skills and knowledge of the Spies Hecker product range. These skills will assist in being able to become more productive in the bodyshop and overcome any obstacles that may arise.

 

Spies Hecker Painting Plastics (1 day)

Spies Hecker Painting Plastics course has been designed for the existing Spies Hecker refinisher, or one who has recently started using Spies Hecker.In this module, the participant learns how to pretreat and coat plastic materials.It describes how to refinish the most commonly used plastic substrates in practice taking into consideration the different coating requirements.Plastic Painting covers existing and new products and procedures. The emphasis is on product strategy and application of the plastic product range.On course completion, the vehicle refinisher will have gained new skills and confidence with the Spies Hecker Plastic range. This will enable him to become more productive in the painting of plastic parts in the paintshop.

 

Spies Hecker Colour College NEW (1 day)

Spies Hecker Colour College Seminar has been designed to help the Spies Hecker refinisher achieve the best results when colour matching. From the perception of colours to the basic rules of colorimetry and the correct colour rectification.This module provides the necessary technical know-how on the theory and practice of tinting and explains the tools that can be used to achieve reliable results. An informative theory and practical session showing how to get the best results when using the Spies Hecker Colour Spectophotometer.

 

Spies Hecker High Solids and Topcoats (1 day)

Advanced training in the application of Spies Hecker High Solid, VOCcompliant 2K Clear and 2K Solid Colours. This course will enable the refinisher to better understand the Spies Hecker High Solid Topcoatproduct offer, therefore enabling the refinisher to become more productive in the paintshop.

 

Spies Hecker Speed Repair (1 day)

The Spies Hecker refinishing course has been designed to help thebodyshop meet the demand for economical repairs. This course, theory and practical, describes how to repair minor damage such as stone chips and scratches.

 

Spies Hecker Fast track (1 day)

This Spies Hecker course has been specifically designed to furtherenhance the overall speed of a repair process when using the Spies Hecker products. The emphasis is on productivity gains and paint material savings therefore enabling the paintshop to be more profitable. Thiscourse will enable the refinisher to make the correct choice of SpiesHecker products that save time and money. Advanced training in theapplication of Spies Hecker wet on wet surfacers, VOC-compliant 2K HSClears and 2K MS Clears.
