  • More user friendly and faster application in 1 operation
  • Economical, requiring just 1.5 coats (without interim flash off time)
  • Easy mixing: 3:1 with new VHS hardener generation
  • Enhanced, high quality gloss and flow giving an exceptional finish
  • Better vertical stability
  • Short drying times between 20 and 30 min. at 60°C

These are just some of the outstanding characteristics of this new top coat line which is suitable for spot repairs, partial repairs and total resprays.

The Greentec icon featured on all advance-technology Permasolid products indicates that the product is environmentally-friendly and complies with strict VOC regulations.

Permasolid top coat series HS275 is currently being used in thousands of body shops around the world. It complies with all current and future VOC directives in Europe.

Commonly asked questions about HS275

What is HS 275?
The new, one-stage Permsolid top coat series, utilising High Solids technology. One-stage means an application of one and a half coats with no flash-off, which can be up to 50% faster than the usual two-coat process with flash-off.

What are the benefits of HS275?
There are many benefits. In addition to the productivity benefits, there is less stock holding, with only 23 tints comprised of 21 x 1L, and 2 x 3.5 L, making a total of only 28 litres. Consumption is better than MS by between 30 - 40% due to the excellent coverage and easy application. And naturally, the new HS275 is lead-free and VOC compliant.

Who should be using HS275?
Given MS technology is being phased out in Europe and replaced with VOC compliant technology, this is naturally ideal for current MS257 shops. Between now and mid-2010, MS257 shops will need to transition to the new HS275 technology.

What does this mean for current MS257 users?
While MS257 will still be available for the short term, the sooner HS275 is in use, the sooner you will be able to reap the benefits of this new technology.
