3 year platinum warranty

The 3 Year Platinum Warranty program is a partnership with Spies Hecker that allows you to guarantee your work for 3 years.

The warranty covers the quality and durability of Spies Hecker refinish paintwork.

Repairer Criteria

To qualify to offer a Spies Hecker 3 Year Platinum Warranty your Bodyshop must:

• Be a Spies Hecker system holder
• Satisfy the requirements shown in the Platinum Warranty Criteria Checklist to a level acceptable to the Spies Hecker Sales Manager
  
• Use 100% Spies Hecker product for the repair
• Complete a Warranty Program Agreement
• Head painter to have attended appropriate Spies Hecker training courses

There is no charge associated with this program. However, your shop will be audited annually to ensure you meet the specific requirements.

Repairer Support

In recognition of your shop obtaining Platinum status, Spies Hecker refinish will provide you with:

1. A Platinum mounted poster
2. A Platinum Authorised Technician Certificate
3. Marketing materials for customer, such as:

• 3 year warranty agreements
  
• 3 year Platinum owner's document folder
• Brochure: 'How to protect your new paintwork'
• Brochure: 'A better finish'
