Diamond Life warranty

The Spies Hecker Diamond Lifetime Warranty program is a partnership between your bodyshop and Spies Hecker allowing you to assure and promote the highest quality refinish work to your customer for the life of the vehicle.

• It gives your customers more confidence and gives you increased sales opportunities
• The warranty covers the quality and durability of Spies Hecker refinish paintwork
• Diamond Lifetime accounts will also have the Platinum 3 Year Warranty for 'mainstream' jobs that do not require a lifetime warranty

Repairer Criteria

To qualify to become a Diamond Lifetime Warranty Repairer, your bodyshop must:

• Be a Spies Hecker system holder
• Satisfy the requirements shown in the Diamond Lifetime Warranty Checklist to a level acceptable to the Spies Hecker Sales Manager
• Use 100% Spies Hecker product for the repair
• Head painter to have attended appropriate Spies Hecker training courses
• Head painter required to attend 2 days of Spies Hecker training every year
• Complete a Diamond Lifetime Warranty Program Agreement

Your shop will be audited periodically to ensure it continues to attain 100% score on the checklist.

In recognition of your shop obtaining Diamond Lifetime Warranty status, Spies Hecker will provide you with:

1. Outdoor sign
2. Embroidered uniform badges
3. Mounted poster set
4. Certificate of accreditation
5. Agreement pads
6. Customer promotional material, including:

• Quotation folder
• Portfolio wallet
• 'Care and Protection' leaflet
• 'Your Guarantee' leaflet
