4. Does Standocryl VOC Top Coat mean I have to change the way I work?
Any refinisher who is familiar with a conventional MS top coat refinishing system will have no problem converting to a HS top coat system.
As a result of its high opacity, Standocryl VOC Top Coat Basecoat can be applied in one operation - even MicroRepairs are not a problem. As a first step, a thin layer is sprayed to ensure good wetting. Then apply a normal spray coat without intermediate flash-off.
