New EP Primer Surfacer 3:1

Introducing the new Standox EP Primer Surfacer 3:1, which replaces the well-proven Standox EP Primer Surfacer (2:1).
Standox EP Primer Surfacer 3:1 is a universal epoxy based primer surfacer with a wide application window as sanding filler and wet-on-wet filler with good corrosion protection properties. These good corrosion protection properties are confirmed by Mercedes-Benz already with their OE approval.
Improvements have been made in the area of drying properties with regard to IR drying and sandability. The EU limit value for this product (product category IIB.c) Primer - Surfacer/Filler in ready to use form is max 540 g/l. The VOC content of this product in ready for use form is max 540 g/l.
Key features of the EP Primer Surfacer 3:1 include:- Very user-friendly and easy to use
- 2 - 3 spraypasses with 60-110 µ film thickness as sanding filler
- 1 spraypass with 20-30 µ film thickness as wet-on-wet filler
- Good topcoat hold out
- Good corrosion protection properties
- Suitable for IR drying
- Colour: light grey
- Zinchromate free
